1. Apps Covered by This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all four NoBadVibeCode exam-prep apps: Food Manager Exam Prep 26, Part 107 Drone Test Prep 26, SIE Exam Prep Test: 2026, and Phlebotomy Exam Prep 2026. Each app works the same way with respect to your data, described below.
2. Information We Process
Our apps are designed to work fully offline and do not require an account, sign-up, or login. Depending on how you use the app, it may process:
- your exam progress, answers, bookmarks, and results, which are stored only on your device (in the app's local storage) and are never uploaded to us or anyone else;
- a first name you may enter during onboarding, used only to personalize text shown to you inside the app — this name is never sent off your device;
- purchase and entitlement status, used to unlock the full question set and manage your subscription;
- anonymous, aggregated usage information about which screens are used in the app.
We do not ask for your email, contacts, or any other personal identifiers.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information above to:
- save and display your study progress, bookmarks, and past results on your device;
- personalize on-device text with the first name you provide, if any;
- unlock and restore purchases and manage subscription access;
- understand, in aggregate, how the app is used so we can improve it.
4. Service Providers
Our apps use a small number of third-party services to operate:
- Apple processes all purchases and subscriptions through the App Store;
- RevenueCat checks your purchase status so the app can unlock content you've paid for. RevenueCat receives an anonymous, app-generated user ID and your purchase receipt — it does not receive your name, email, or any other personal data;
- PostHog provides anonymous product analytics (for example, which screens are opened) so we can understand and improve the app. This is not used for advertising.
We do not use any advertising SDKs, do not sell your data, and do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
5. Local Data and Deletion
Your exam progress, answers, bookmarks, and results live only on your device. We have no server-side copy of this data and cannot see, recover, or restore it for you. You can delete all of this local data at any time by deleting the app from your device.
6. Your Choices and Rights
Because your study data never leaves your device, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our end beyond deleting the app itself. You can manage your subscription at any time through Apple in your iPhone's Settings under Subscriptions. Where applicable law grants you additional rights over information processed by our service providers, you may contact us and we will assist as we're able.
7. Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
8. Purchases and Subscriptions
Each app offers a one-time purchase and a weekly auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew until you turn off auto-renew, which must be done in your App Store account settings, not inside the app, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple's standard refund policy applies to all purchases; refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information processed by our service providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Not Affiliated with Any Certification Provider
These apps contain original practice questions written from publicly available standards and exam outlines. They are not the certifying bodies' own exam questions. The apps are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the FAA, FINRA, the National Restaurant Association / ServSafe, the NHA, or any certification provider. All trademarks named are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the exam a user is preparing for.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
